Flexible Laboratory Hubs
Flexible Laboratory Hubs Laboratory hubs offer a range of facilities suitable for shared research spaces to react rapidly to expansion needs from tenants. Klick’s start-up labs offer a write-up area, a lab sink, an IPS unit, a mobile storage cabinet and fixed furniture to accommodate the wet lab area. At the other end of the scale, super labs double up on these items but also include multiple mobile workstations and a fume cupboard, making them suitable for established biotech and digital health firms. Workstations can be set up to receive power from a coiled ceiling power connection through a daisy-chained network of in-line connectors which are run in cable management systems. The connectors simply pull apart and therefore no technical support is required if technicians need to relocate the workstations. This allows the flexibility to accommodate changes in workflow requirements with minimal disruption.

Floor Standing Transfer Hatch in Stainless Steel
The Felcon transfer hatch is designed specifically for the transfer of products from one room to another (usually cleanrooms of varying pressure differentials) and done through adjoining wall partitions. Doors at each end are either interlocked mechanically or electrically so that only one door may be opened at any one time. Felcon transfer hatches are built from Stainless Steel (304 Grade & 316 Grade), or Polypropylene. Hatches may also incorporate features such as UV or VHP sterilisation, laminar air flow, inflatable door seals and fully welded construction with radiused corners. They may be either floor or wall mounted with hinged or sliding doors. We supply Pass Boxes, Pass Through Hatches, Pass Through Chambers, Transfer Chambers and Trolley Hatches

FluidX Automated Plate Seal Remover
The automated plate seal remover automatically removes seals from a wide range of microplate types with the single touch of a button. A robust and elegantly-simple automated system, it eliminates the need for repetitive, manual removal of plate seals and enables the adoption of the gold-standard operating model (sealed plates, no lids). The patented tape removal medium eliminates the need for mechanical removal mechanisms which are often prone to failure. Can be used with a wide variety of microplates, including full-skirted PCR plates, low-base microplates and deep-well (up to 2mL) plates Compatible with a variety of full-plate seals, including heat and pressure applied seals Uses proprietary removal tape (X-TAPE-2000) to de-seal microplates, up to 400 seal removals per tape roll Eliminates cross contamination common with manual seal removal techniques Supports quality control measures requiring samples to be sealed until their moment of use Holds the plate down whilst the seal is peeled away from the plate, eliminating another contamination issue Operating mode minimises plate or seal damage Integrated seal removal verification feature reduces plate handling errors Can be used as a standalone system, or integrated into automated and robotic workflows via serial RS232 remote interface One-touch, push-button operation to de-seal plates makes it an ideal standalone device for busy laboratories Capacity to remove up to 200 plate seals per hour Robust, time-proven device with hundreds of units placed globally in a range of manual and automated environments

Foam Conversion
We provide many types of foam packaging, each having different technical features to benefit certain industries and products! From recyclable and sustainable foams to closed cell and anti-static foams, the choice is endless but, we are here to advise the best material for you. All our foams allow us to utilise and creatively design them to fit with; our customer’s needs, so you can always guarantee we will put you and your product first. Our foams are either pressed routed or cut using our up-to-date technology. Pressed foams are used for protecting products that do not require in-depth design work whereas, routed foams are used when more intricate design work is essential. We heat weld our foams together to create a compact and secure nest or end cap for your products to sit in, allowing maximum protection. We design solutions that look professional and can protect your product no matter the dimension or weight.
