Capper / Decapper
If you're in the manufacturing sector, a robotic palletizing solution could be beneficial for you. Palletizing is a simple, repetitive task and is the action of placing finished products on a pallet ready for shipment or storage in the logistics supply chain. By introducing robotic palletizing solutions, it ensures you get the flexibility, productivity and reliability you need to meet ever shorter product life-cycles, new packaging designs, multiple pack sizes & product variants and batch manufacturing. Selecting the right robot for your application is critical, and that’s why we are here to help. The following factors: payload, duty, reach, cycle time, weight of products and floor space, all affect which robot is suitable for your project. Applied Integration have an in house digital twin team who can set up the process and make modifications in a virtual reality (VR) environment before being applied to the final system, avoiding risk and loss of production.

CardBox Racked Pipette Tips
Appleton CardBox racked pipette tips are the sustainable alternative to standard plastic racked tips. Instead of being housed in plastic, the pipette tips come in robust cardboard racks. These durable racks work effortlessly with single and multi channel pipettes – for easy loading and unloading. -Tip racks made from 100% biodegradable paper material -Material used is built to last – providing durability that rivals plastic racks -Plastic consumption reduced by 60% compared to traditional plastic racks -Our technology minimises the risk of particles collecting on the surface of the tips, reducing the possibility of contamination and error. -Non-autoclavable and pre-sterilized for immediate use

Caring for Your Pipettes and Your Science
Confidence in your results and compliance with regulatory requirements can only be ensured with regular professional maintenance of your instruments. As one of the most widely used pieces of laboratory equipment this is critical for pipettes. In partnership with Sartorius, Alpha Laboratories now brings you a choice of internationally recognised expert pipette calibration services that you can trust and rely on. The combined scope of knowledge expands beyond Sartorius and Alpha instruments to directly provide all calibration needs, including other manufacturers’ brand equipment, giving you a single point of service for all your pipettes. These include single and multichannel, electronic and mechanical pipettes, as well as dispensers. At the new website www.alphalabservice.co.uk you will find expert support to help you choose the best service and calibration to suit your requirements. From understanding the different calibration options and number of readings taken for assessment of accuracy, precision and linearity, to deciding whether you need standard or UKAS certification. The flexible range of services can be performed through mail-in to our dedicated calibration laboratory, or for larger numbers of pipettes and a fast turnaround, our specially trained field service technicians will come to you.

CBC 5 control
The CBC 5 control is a powerful refrigerated and heating circulator with strong heating and cooling power for an operating temperature range of - 25 °C to + 200 °C. It is best suited for external applications thanks to its proven pressure and suction pump. High-quality insulation of the device allows for fast heat-up times and reduces heat input at low temperatures. All parameters are manageable (read out, monitored and completely documented) by software (e. g., labworldsoft(r) or NAMUR commands). High performance pressure/suction pump (speed-controlled) Industry standard TFT display for maximum visibility (pump speed, temperature) Adjustable safety circuit Visible and audible alarm Safety drain valve USB / RS 232 interfaces (labworldsoft(r) and enabling online updates of device software) Connection for external temperature probe (PT 100) and optional external solenoid valves (multi-IO port) Safety classification III (FL, DIN 12876) Removable WiCo (wireless controller) enables safe remote operation, e.g. outside of a closed fume hood

CBC VISC lite
The new CBC VISC lite covers a wide temperature range from -25 °C to 125 °C and is designed to be combined with the IKA ROTAVISC viscometers.
