The NuAire In-Vitrocell family of direct heat CO2 incubators offers laboratories a range of models that control temperature, CO2, relative humidity, and oxygen levels in either a 160L or 200L chamber volume. All models use direct heating elements for temperature control and an infrared sensor for CO2 control.

Most models also offer the user a choice of a 145C high heat or 95C humidified decontamination cycle.

1. Temperature Uniformity and Recovery

The Direct heating elements are wrapped in R5 insulation which surrounds the growth chamber. Dual temperature sensor probes relay information back to the NuTouch Electronic Control System to make adjustments as needed. This allows for fast temperature stabilisation after the door has been opened and closed.

2. Relative Humidity and Oxygen Control Models

For specialised applications, select models include a relative humidity reservoir, through which chamber air is passed when humidity is required, this allows humidity levels of up to 90% within the growth chamber.

If hypoxic conditions are required, then NuAire can offer a dual gas model which uses N2 to suppress the oxygen level to create hypoxic conditions within the chamber. All setpoints are entered through a user-friendly touch screen. .
