Controlled, Validated Media Preparation

The Systec Mediaprep series includes benchtop and floor-standing options (10–120 litres), equipped with:

• Precisely programmable sterilisation cycles with defined temperature profiles and hold times.
• Rapid heating and energy-efficient cooling via integrated heat exchangers
• Additive ports for the sterile post-sterilisation addition of heat-sensitive components (e.g. antibiotics, chromogenic agents).

The media is continuously agitated and thermostatically maintained, ensuring homogeneity and readiness for dispensing. All models are compatible with AuditTrail, and support 21 CFR Part 11-compliant data capture, enabling use in regulated environments where documentation and validation are mandatory.
