Lovibond DPD Liquids
As a rule, liquid reagents do not consist of a single preparation but comprise several components that need to be added to the sample in a certain order. As both the size and the number of drops have a decisive effect on the resultant colour complex, the reagents need to be added with a high degree of precision. The shelf life of liquid reagents is reduced by temporary contact with oxygen in the air when the bottle is opened as well as by unsuitable storage environments (presence of sunlight or high temperatures).

Lovibond DPD No. 1 Tablets for Water Testing, 0.2-2.0mg/l Br2
A comprehensive range of chemical reagents available in convenient forms, which develop a colour to allow for chemical determination in Lovibond® instrument systems. Lovibond® tablet reagents contain the correct mix of reagent, buffers and catalysts to ensure accurate dosing and the foil packaging ensures a long shelf life and ease of use. Up to 10 year shelf life for tablet reagents The formulations are as environmentally friendly as possible Hazardous substances are, whenever possible, reduced to a minimum or completely replaced by harmless and functionally identical substitutes, without compromising the accuracy of the analysis
