The WAVEQ Nanopore Sequencing System is designed for genome assembly, variant detection, structural variation analysis, and pseudogene/gene discrimination. Available in WS-Q500 and WS-Q1000 models, it features long reads, Q30+ data quality, a solid-state flow cell, and an automated sequencing workflow. As a fourth-generation sequencing system, it offers single-nucleotide recognition, clear signal boundaries, and no systematic error, enabling accurate homopolymer identification and highly accurate single-molecule sequencing results. Results can be generated from sample to data in as fast as approximately three hours. With multiple throughput modes, WAVEQ supports a wide range of sequencing scales and application needs.
