Tveskaeg® G3 Flow

On-line NMR for harsh environments: lithium or sodium analysis in brine in minutes, chemical-free, no reagents.

The Tveskaeg® G3 Flow is a benchtop-sized NMR analyser built for harsh industrial environments and applications such as direct lithium extraction. Rated IP54 with a horizontally oriented sensor chamber, it installs on-line via an automated valve system for continuous measurement of sample flow without interrupting the process.

It uses the same chemical-free NMR measurement as the G3 Pump — the sample never contacts the sensor, so there is no carry-over, no reagents and no consumables. It quantifies lithium concentration in brine in about two minutes and sodium in one minute, making it suited to rapid quality control in extraction and processing facilities.

The Flow is versatile: on-line continuous monitoring, or manual benchtop sampling using NanoNord's PTFE sample tubes. Delivered pre-calibrated with custom job presets for a straightforward start, in the field, at the plant or in the lab.
