Our flexible approach to service contracts means we work with our customers to develop a service agreement that satisfies their requirements. All our autoclave service contracts include a structured planned preventative schedule.

Service Contracts

Options for service contracts include:
• Maintenance Services: Scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits, Emergency Breakdown Response, and Telephone support.
• Parts and Testing: Inclusive Consumable Parts, Weekly, Quarterly & Annual Periodic Testing, and Equipment Calibration.
• Performance Qualification: Annual Performance Qualification and Maintenance Only.

Maintenance Only Autoclave Service Contracts:

• At agreed intervals (typically three- or six-monthly), visual inspection is carried out.
• Prescribed safety checks are performed.
• Worn consumable service components are repaired or replaced.
• Components are cleaned and lubricated as required.
• Equipment is functionally tested.
• A written report and checklist are provided.
• The customer is notified of any items requiring further attention.
