Vigilant Task Management is a browser based real-time software normally installed within a lab network, that can then be run from any PC or even a mobile device.
The system allows labs to easily enter and manage any routine or ad hoc laboratory task normally recorded using ‘tick box and signature’ paper-based records. This makes managing lab tasks easy and completely removes the need for paper records or Excel.
Vigilant Task Management is used to monitor/complete all tasks from the most minor (bench cleaning) to the most extensive (annual instrument calibration). Any and every task can be managed by Aurora Vigilant, no matter how small.
The system is designed to provide warning signals to technicians and managers so that pre-emptive action can be taken, and critical tasks are never missed, reducing non-conformities and ensuring compliance with SOP’s and guidelines.
Laboratory tasks are always up to date, completed on time, easily traceable and accessible for inspection and audit.
All laboratory assets can be easily recorded in the system with service history. Vigilant Task Management also acts as an asset registry.
