Applied Integration will be showcasing the AiCart at Lab Innovations 2025. Designed to redefine material handling and logistics workflows, the AiCart brings together full onboard intelligence and advanced swarm-ready technology to deliver a scalable, adaptable solution for a wide range of industries. Built with flexibility in mind, the AiCart is available in different materials to suit specific environments — stainless steel for hygienic or cleanroom applications, aluminium for lightweight mobility, or mild steel for robust performance in general industrial use. Its modular design allows top modules to be swapped quickly and easily, enabling the AiCart to adapt to different operational needs, from handling sensitive laboratory samples to transporting industrial components. The AiCart’s swarm technology allows multiple units to work together dynamically, communicating through Applied Integration’s custom-built Transyt app for seamless coordination. This means AiCarts can share tasks, adjust routes in real time, and optimise workflow efficiency without human intervention. The AiCart can operate with or without the support of an Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR). An AMR can be used to transport the AiCart to where it’s needed, but once in position, the AiCart works independently — powered by its own onboard power supply, which can be easily recharged for continuous operation. This versatility makes it ideal for environments where workflows change rapidly or where mixed manual and automated processes are in place. Visitors to Lab Innovations will be able to see the AiCart in action at Stand L125, where live demonstrations will showcase its adaptability, intelligent navigation, and collaborative capabilities. Applied Integration’s team will be available to discuss how the AiCart can be customised to meet specific industry requirements and how it can transform material handling processes.
