DT 126 Dissolution Tester
The DT 126 is the perfect entry level / low volume dissolution tester for small labs, budgets and universities. This price includes however a water heater, USP 2 Paddles, evaporation covers, 6 test stations and installation! A truly fantastic bargain for a high quality dissolution tester.
USP 4 Flow-Through Cell Dissolution System
ERWEKA flow-through cell dissolution testers are developed for products which require long term tests (i.e. implants) and/or need a high amount of media due to low solubility. Configured as a closed system the Flow-Through cell enables dissolution tests with a low amount of media in order to achieve the necessary testing environment as internationally required. With an open system configuration, the possibility for easy pH changes means the Flow-Through cell is the perfect unit for IV/IVC testing. It is controlled by a PC with the Disso.net USP 4 dissolution software.

ZT 730 Automated Disintegration Tester
The ERWEKA ZT 730 disintegration testers are able to automatically determine the disintegration time of each sample by use of a unique system of magnets and sensors. They also test whether or not a sample completely disintegrates. ZT 730 disintegration testers are available with 1 (ZT 731) or 2 (ZT 732) individually driven, cable free test stations, equipped with an integrated flow through heater. Its temperature sensor PT 100 allows constant control of the waterbath temperature. This disintegration tester is controlled through an innovative 7” touch screen and is capable of storing and retrieving up to 100 products/methods with results and parameters. Select the basket type for your individual need: Basket type A comes with 6 test tubes for standard tablets, basket type B contains 3 test tubes for bigger tablets according to USP/EP standards. Cleaning these disintegration testers is effortless, due to the removable acrylic water bath equipped with an outlet. A USB and LAN interface ensures easy data export.

RoboDis II – Fully Automated Dissolution Tester
The RoboDis II range of dissolution testers are a 100% USP/EP compliant dissolution system for fully automated dissolution testing of up to 10 batches with USP method 1 (basket) or 2 (paddle). The high-performance system is managed via the 21 CFR Part 11 compliant Disso.Net software. The software controls all functions including the precise robot arm movement as well as all analytical devices including data processing. Integrated system suitability tests (SST) ensure reliability and easy control. Due to a parallel sampling approach, very short cycle times for measuring profiles can be realised.
ZT 121 Disintegration Tester
The ZT 121 disintegration tester is available with 1 driven USP/Pharm.Eur./JP compliant basket rack assemblies. The unit comes with a quality integrated flow-through heating system, moulded one-piece PET water bath (can’t leak, can’t break, easy to clean) and water bath cover as standard. Control of the disintegration tester is easy thanks to a membrane keypad with symbol keys. The test-run parameters, such as run-time and temperature, are set and the actual values (runtime, water bath temperature) shown on the big and bright LED displays. Lifting in and out of the disintegration tester baskets is performed manually while the counting of the elapsed test duration is automatically started/stopped. On request, an alarm may be selected to sound upon completion of the preset test time. Heating of the warming solution in the moulded 1-piece PET water bath is performed by an integrated flow-through heating system.
EasyCheck Automated Tablet Hardness Tester
The new range of EasyCheck tablet hardness testers are the new entry-level tablet combination testers that test for up to 5 parameters. The compact system is 100% compliant with all common pharmacopoeias, and above all, excels through innovative design features and a clear focus on essentials. Its integrated load cell automatically weighs samples, the Oblong Slider automatically brings evenly shaped oblongs into perfect alignment, and the intuitive touch display allows storage of up to 100 products/methods. Optionally, EasyCheck offers a test memory for up to 1 million test results directly on the unit, a 21 CFR Part 11 compliant Audit Trail feature and a data export function to CSV- and XML-format. MediPrep 820 Degasser
The MediPrep 820 series offers quick and easy preparation of up to 8 litres of media for dissolution testers in less than 15 minutes. In a single pass the media for dissolution tests can be precisely mixed, heated, degassed and filled gravimetrically into vessels. Foaming media like SDS (Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate) can also be used. Filling can be done at the integrated dosing port or with the optional remote filling hand directly into the dissolution tester’s vessels. The MediPrep 820 offers one inlet for premixed media and one outlet for waste. The MediPrep 821 and 822 offer additional inlets for concentrates or premixed media. To prevent cross contamination an automated cleaning procedure is integrated in to the machine.
DT 950 Digital Dissolution Tester
The ERWEKA DT 950 is an advanced digital dissolution tester, designed to meet today’s standards and seamlessly adapt to future needs. Equipped with state-of-the-art embedded PC technology, the DT 950 features a 7-inch touch display, an intuitive user interface, and a fully integrated Audit Trail for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance—ensuring traceability, data integrity, and regulatory adherence at every step. With ERWEKA TestAssist, users are guided step by step through test configuration, guaranteeing only compliant parameters are entered for precise, USP / EP / JP compliant dissolution testing. The DT 950 also offers comprehensive Method Management, allowing users to easily create, edit and approve methods, as well as structured User Management for secure and flexible access control and rights management. Data export to FTP servers enables smooth LIMS connectivity, while advanced IT security features protect sensitive data. Beyond its modern interface, the DT 950 is built for long-term flexibility. The system can be upgraded—such as from 6 to 8 test stations, with automatic tablet drop or temperature sensors for each vessel, and easy switching between low-head and high-head modes. ERWEKA SVM II Tapped Density Tester
The SVM II is the latest generation of tapped density testers from ERWEKA. With unprecedented flexibility and intelligent features, it makes tapped density testing easy and reliable. The 7“ high resolution touch display with modern interface focuses the user on the most important task tapped density testers have to fulfil – 100% USP/EP compliant tapped density testing. With the automatic calculation features of the Test Assist, the user is guided step-by-step through the testing process as quickly as possible. It also automatically calculates the Hausner Ratio and compressibility index and prints the reports after every test. In addition to its ease of use, the SVM II is the most flexible tapped density tester we have ever sold. The intelligent Switch Plate system enables 5 different versions of the SVM II, with both USP 1 and USP 2 in either one or two test station configurations or a combination of both methods. And the best part – they can also be upgraded at a later date! The SVM II also supports a variety of method and norms: From USP 1 and USP 2 to ASTM B527-15 and DIN EN ISO 787-11:1995 – with the SVM II, users are on the safe side of valid and conforming tapped density testing.
ERWEKA DT 9510
The ERWEKA DT 9510 range of dissolution testers are the bigger sibling of the digital DT 950 series. Controlled by the same embedded PC, every component of the DT 9510 is focused on reliable, high volume digital dissolution testing: The test stations (up to 14) are driven by a single, powerful motor and the big water bath holds the temperature stable due to the thermal inertia of water. This ensures that parallel testing of two batches of samples can be done at precisely the same conditions, making comparison between the two as reliable as possible and 100% USP/EP compliant. With the new optional AirLift system, the dissolution head of the DT 9510 can be simply raised and lowered by the press of two buttons. Furthermore, DT 9510 dissolution testers have the same features as it‘s smaller sibling, with digital dissolution testing is done with the help of the latest version of the testing assistant – TestAssist and optional automatic tablet drop.
ERWEKA Offline Dissolution System
The Digital Offline System for the DT 950 and 9510 series is the next step in harnessing the power of digital dissolution testing. It extends the advanced technology of the DT 950 and 9510 series with the first step in dissolution automation: fully automated sampling and storage in vials for separate analysis. With the updated TestAssist, the user can easily configure and start dissolution tests with automatic sampling on our 7-inch touch display. The design principles introduced with the DT 950 have been applied to offline testing, making it faster, easier and more accurate than ever before. The user is guided through the dissolution test with automatic sampling in a few simple steps. This enables 100% USP / EP / JP compliant dissolution testing without distraction or error and ensures consistently compliant parameters. But it doesn't stop there - with user management, conformant handling of the complete Digital Offline system is just the touch of a button away. Users can be easily configured with individual rights, making it easy to restrict functions to authorized users only - such as administrators, operators and service technicians. The ERWEKA DT 950 / DT 9510 is developed to meet the requirements for compliance and data management for modern laboratories. Its integrated Audit Trail records all user and system actions in detail, including user, time stamp, event, reason for changes, and parameter modifications with old and new values, ensuring complete traceability. Method Management & Approval allows authorized users to create, edit, and approve methods, while User Management provides secure access control with tailored permissions. The Backup & Restore function enables all important data—including methods, user profiles, reports, settings, and audit entries—to be backed up and restored via USB stick, with every event logged for transparency.
ERWEKA Online Dissolution System
ERWEKA dissolution testers with online systems are the perfect, semi-automatic solutions for dissolution testing with automated UV/VIS online analyses. The DT 950 with the integrated, automated ASS-9 sampling station transports freshly sampled media directly to the UV/VIS analysis device (several brands available). There, the samples can be measured and the results stored within our advanced Disso.NET dissolution software. ERWEKA offers different types of UV/VIS analysis devices, such as the Shimadzu 1900i, the Analytic Jena Specord 210/8 or the Agilent Cary 8454. All combined with our dissolution tester DT 950 and a peristaltic pump IPC 8 and all controlled by the Disso.NET PC software.
ERWEKA Friability Tester
ERWEKA TAR friability testers are USP/ Pharm.Eur./ JP compliant ERWEKA units for testing friability and/or abrasion. The high resolution touch display with a modern user interface focuses the user on the most important task the new TAR II has to fulfil – 100% USP/EP compliant friability testing. The friability tester rotation speed can be programmed between 20 and 100 rpm and test run duration can be set in either time or total number of revolutions. During the test run the actual rotation speed and the test run duration is shown on the display. For larger samples the friability tester can be set to the USP / Pharm.Eur. required 10° position by a standard switching leg. To increase the ease of handling on the friability tester, the friability drums don’t have to be removed and opened for loading and emptying. Instead the friability drums are loaded through an opening. On completion of the test run, the samples are automatically removed into a container located under the drum. The new, optional direct balance connection offers seamless integration of supported balance into TestAssist. When setting up a test with TestAssist and a connected balance, TestAssist prompts the user to place the samples on the balance. It then receives the balance data fully automatically, using it for its fully automated calculation. The TAR can be configured with 1 or 2 test stations – but it can also be upgraded from 1 to 2 afterwards. The optional, intelligent balance feature can also be upgraded further down the line.
NuLine Cone & Plate Viscometer
NuLine viscometers are British-made, manufactured by ATAC (Analytical Technology and Control Ltd), who are world-leading experts in the field of laboratory viscometers and physical property analysers – providing reliable solutions for scientific research and industrial applications for decades. As the NuLine UK Distributor, we are proud to represent this iconic brand, founded upon a British heritage dating back to the 1950s. We off two types of viscometer – a high temperature option and a low temperature option. Both have a range with a resolution of 0.1°C and control +/- 0.1°C. Both units have a measurement range of 0.1 to 15016 Poise and Shear rates of 14.5 to 13500 Sec-1. The viscometers are supplied either as standalone units with one cone, or as a complete package with free Windows PC Software, the full range of cones (6) and calibration oils, calibration certificate, and a temperature measurement kit. NuLine Cone & Plate Viscometers are manufactured in Britain, based upon the original ICI cone and plate viscometer, which later became the REL viscometer, and later still, the NuLine viscometer.
