SAFETYBOX® AC 1200 CM
The Safetybox® flammables line provides certified, high-performance solutions for the safe storage of liquid and solid flammable substances in laboratories and industrial environments. All Safetybox® Flammables safety cabinets are certified following EN 14470-1, EN 16121, and EN 16122, and are available in fire resistance classifications of Type 90 and Type 30. These certifications ensure maximum protection in the event of a fire and full compliance with industry regulations. Each cabinet includes two certified ventilation valves to enable natural air exchange, at least ten times the cabinet’s volume per hour, preventing the build-up of hazardous vapours. Cabinets can also be connected to an extraction motor for continuous airflow and fitted with an optional activated charcoal filter to neutralise harmful emissions, enhancing operator safety. In the event of fire, automatic safety features activate: doors close at 50°C, valves seal at 70 ± 10°C, and intumescent seals expand to isolate contents. The Ignis-Lock system ensures the cabinet remains securely closed. The fire-resistant insulation is made from eco-friendly materials, and integrated tray shelves and a bottom basin capture spills. High-flammability models include a palletised base for easy transport and placement. All cabinets are backed by Product Liability Insurance to cover damage caused by structural defects. The S line is our most innovative, lighter, and more spacious, and is designed with internal safety components for a clean, modern appearance.

SAFETYBOX® AC 900/50 CM
The Safetybox® flammables line offers certified solutions for storing liquid and solid flammables. These cabinets comply with EN14470-1, EN 16121, and EN16122 standards and are available in fire resistance classes Type 90 and Type 30. Regulations require natural ventilation for such cabinets, achieved through two certified valves that ensure air recirculation at least 10 times the cabinet’s volume per hour, preventing dangerous vapour concentrations. Cabinets can be connected to a continuously operating extraction motor. If used, a grain-shaped activated charcoal filter can be installed to help neutralise harmful vapours and protect laboratory personnel. Safetybox® cabinets are fitted with automatic safety systems that activate in case of fire—doors close at 50°C, valves seal at 70 ± 10°C to stop airflow, intumescent seals expand, and the Ignis-Lock device secures the doors. They also include tray-shaped shelves and a bottom basin to collect spills. The fire-resistant insulation is eco-friendly and highly effective. High-flammable models include a palletised base (with cover) to ease logistics and placement. All cabinets are backed by Product Liability Insurance, covering any damage to persons or property resulting from manufacturing faults.
