The story .. Step by step
1) FAR.M – Addresses Chromatography data variability at source to reveal chemical differences and provide a confidence threshold to assess how they relate to real world observations such as a taint, production efficiency or underpin a forensic / health diagnostics.
FAR,M elements are
F - Filter : Chrom.BaseCorrect :- Evaluates and removes chromatographic baseline noise and column bleed, isolating the true chromatographic signal without altering spectral integrity
A-Align: Chrom.ApexAlign :- Automatically corrects retention time variations across instruments, sites and time - providing standardised data - at source
R- Reveal: Chrom.Delta :- Reveals differences between chromatographic signals using an adjustable Chrom.Delta Threshold that progressively reveals chemicals present in one chromatogram and not the other.
M -Merge :- Combines the verified results with metadata, libraries and relevant contextual information as a foundation for AI and other downstream processing pipelines.
