Hangzhou Allsheng Instrument Co., Ltd. was established on January 17, 2006. It is a national high-tech enterprise that integrates research and development, production, and sales. Our subsidiary, Zhejiang Allsheng biological sample pre-processing platform high-tech enterprise research institute, is a "specialized, refinement, differential, innovation" small and medium-sized enterprise in Zhejiang Province. Our products cover areas such as biological sample preparation, life science detection, automation & liquid handling, laboratory instrument, etc. We has built a bioprocessing platform for nucleic acid and protein purification, an absorbance, fluorescence, and luminescence detection technology platform, and an automated workstation technology platform. At present, Allsheng are developing solutions for smart laboratories.

Real-Time PCR System Esan-Gene 496
Esan-Gene 496 / 496A real-time PCR system adopts mature thermoelectric refrigeration technology, brand-new light source and light path design. The unique constant-current power and multi-zone independent temperature control method ensure more rapid, correct and stable fluorescence quantitative analysis of the product, while maintaining its excellent performance in low energy consumption. The product is modularized with various configurations to choose from. Meanwhile, it has been added with functions including independent temperature control, low-temperature storage of sample at 4 °C, and automatic dehumidification. Esan-Gene 496 is suitable for 0.2 mL centrifuge tubes, 496A is suitable for 0.1 mL centrifuge tubes. It's mainly applied in gene expression, genotyping (detection), cloning, mutation, methylation analysis, sequencing, medicine, forensic medicine and applied science.

Nano-1000 micro-spectrophotometer is a full-wavelength micro-spectrophotometer that can provide ultraviolet / visible light absorption detection. GeneCE-Mini portable biofragment analysis system can run 1~16 samples simultaneously. It is small in size, light in weight, and easy to carry. It is suitable for molecular biology experiments, teaching laboratories, small clinics (with rapid detection reagents), rapid detection centers, etc.

Nucleic Acid Purification System Leap-Pure S24
Leap-Pure S24 is a nucleic acid purification system based on magnetic bead method and pipetting method. In addition to the extraction of general samples such as blood, animal and plant tissues, the matching special consumables can also be used for the whole process automatic extraction of FFPE block, and the FFPE block can be directly put into the designated well position. The instrument can transfer samples through the pipettor, blow to achieve full mixing of samples, and the external magnet will adsorb the magnetic beads on the inner wall of the pipettor to realize the transfer of magnetic beads. The processing capacity is 1~24 at a time and the consumables are designed in strips. The minimum processing volume of elution well is 20 μL (FFPE block / 1 mL cfDNA). Leap-Pure S24 has a maximum processing system of 15 mL, which can be adapted to 2 mL, 8 mL and 15 mL cartridge.

Automated Cell Counter
Leap-Count 100 cell counter relies on advanced optical imaging technology and intelligent image recognition technology to provide comprehensive cell related information such as cell concentration, viability, average diameter, average compactness, aggregate, etc. All data results are automatically stored and can be exported in multiple formats to meet various experimental needs. Leap-Count 100 is an integrated device, no need to connect to a computer.
