Ventilated Balance Enclosure

Envair Technology’s Ventilated Balance Enclosure (VBE) is a cost-effective way to weigh hazardous powders to a 6 decimal place accuracy, whilst providing a high containment level for operator protection.

Air flows down continuously through the front sash and top bypass, forcing air and any escaped powders to be extracted through the worksurface and HEPA filters below. The negative
pressure design ensures airflow moves to the rear of the unit and worksurface, then down through the filters, to guarantee containment of the product.

This compact unit allows a greater degree of accuracy than using scales within a fume cupboard and greater visibility of any powder spills. It’s an efficient way to protect your people from exposure and your facility from cross-contamination.
