DVLS Liquefied Gas Injector
The setup of the Liquefied Gas Injector (LGI) solution consists of an Agilent gas chromatograph (GC) on which the LGI and its controller are installed. The Pressure Station is used for safe and accurate sample introduction of LPG. The direct injection approach of the Liquefied Gas Injector (LGI) is a safe alternative technique to a liquid sampling valve or manual evaporation. The LGI uses a standard GC injector needle, which is inserted into a GC large volume on-column injection system. Solenoid activation transfers the pressurized sample through the needle directly on-column. A sliding device moves the needle downwards for the injection and upwards for purging. The LGI directly injects the liquefied gas into the GC inlet to ensure the safety and the full transfer of the impurities onto the GC column. The chromatographic analysis after the sample introduction is based on boiling point separation of the impurities. The result is reported in mg/kg. The analysis of the impurities in LPG is completed within 20 minutes. Benefits Safe injection of liquefied gases: The direct injection approach of the LGI eliminates the need for evaporating large volumes of liquefied gas. High repeatability: The direct liquid injection results in an excellent repeatability and it avoids discrimination of high boiling components as there is no transfer to an inlet. Proven technology: Since its introduction in 2010 the LGI has been successfully used by a global installed base of leading oil refineries. Wide application range: The LGI is a dedicated solution to the analysis of heavy components in light matrices such as LPG. Accurate performance: Several case studies demonstrate an excellent performance. Detection limits of <0.1 mg/kg for individual impurities in liquefied gases are easily achieved. Standardized method: The LGI is one of the innovations of Da Vinci and has been standardized as ASTM D7756 and EN 16423 for the analysis of oily residue in liquefied petroleum gases by GC.

DVLS Simply Smart Sensor
The DVLS Simply, Smart Sensor provides a safe technique to detect a hydrogen leak in GC instruments. By constantly monitoring the hydrogen concentrations and automatically switching to an inert gas when the LEL is reached, the Simply, Smart Sensor ensures safety. Monitor Hydrogen in GC Oven and detect hydrogen leaks The DVLS³ Simply, Smart Sensor is installed in the GC oven for continuous monitoring of the hydrogen concentrations in the oven air. The LCD screen of the external controller displays the measured gas concentration. If the sensor detects a user defined hydrogen concentration, typically between 25% and 50% LEL (equal to 1%-2% by Vol. hydrogen), it will ensure the safety of the laboratory staff by several means: 1. The LCD screen of the sensor controller starts flashing and the controller transmits an acoustic signal. 2. The sensor software alerts the lab staff by: - showing a red status on the dashboard - sending an alarm message by e-mail, text (SMS), Growl or Prowl 3. The sensor controller automatically switches the carrier gas to an inert gas and sends an automatic stop signal to the GC. Applications Due to the unique design of the DVLS3 Simply, Smart Sensor you can combine up to four sensors in one controller. For example use four sensors for several GC’s or connect several sensors to one GC. The sensor is compatible with all GC brands. Next to the hydrogen leak detection Da Vinci Laboratory Solutions offers multiple sensors dedicated to the detection of: * Hydrogen (H2) * Temperature * Barometric Pressure * Level (liquid) weight

TANAKA ACO-100 Cleveland Flash Point Tester
Since we launched our automated flash point tester in 1966, we have provided reliable results and high productivity to customers around the world. It has been 10 years since the popular 8 series was released, and we have now made a model change from the aco-8 to the aco-100 as the 100 series. Convenience (ease of use) Adopts a 7-inch LCD touch panel. Entering numbers and letters is easy because you use the keyboard displayed on the screen. Test conditions can be set in advance, so if you register them, you can simply select the test standard at the time of the test, which is convenient because you do not need to input detailed test conditions for each test. Preheating function When testing a highly viscous sample at room temperature, if the sample is heated and softened before being placed in the sample cup and the test is started, the temperature rise will become unstable. Using this function, it is possible to increase the temperature after the sample temperature has stabilized sufficiently. This can be expected to have the effect of stabilizing the subsequent temperature rise. data management 1,000 test results can be saved. Although 50 results are displayed on the tester screen, you can check the saved results by outputting to USB. compatibility Consumables such as the igniter (electric heating coil), temperature sensor, flammability detection sensor, and sample cup are compatible with the APM-8, so you can continue to use them even if you update to the APM-100.
