AT Xtend – Manual Dissolution tester
Manual sampling within designated time slots can be challenging. Your AT Xtend™ dissolution tester offers different possibilities for sampling - including the proven HollowShaft™ technology. Operators simply attach syringes to luer-lock connectors on the suction head and pull samples directly through the drive shaft. The sampling position inside the vessel is fixed and 100% repeatable without creating any undesired hydrodynamic effects.
ATS Xtend™ – Semi automated dissolution tester
The AT Xtend™ is a modular, scalable, future-proof dissolution tester fully compliant to USP, EP, BP, JP. The system can be purchased as a manual bath and then upgraded for semi-automated offline or UV-Vis online testing. ST50 – Semi-automated tablet hardness tester
ST50: Semi Automated Hardness - for testing of upto 5 Paramaters Round tablets - Weight, Thickness, Diameter, Hardness Oblong tablets - Weight, Thickness, Width, Length, Hardness The ST50 sets new standards in fast and efficient semi-automatic testing of up to five physical parameters. Weight, thickness, width, diameter/length and hardness of virtually all tablet shapes can be tested in full compliance with current Pharmacopeia requirements. Proven Dr. Schleuniger® hardness measuring technology guarantees accurate and highly reliable test data that can be evaluated immediately. An integrated color touch screen with simple icon-based navigation makes operating the SmartTest 50 very intuitive consequently reducing operator training time to an absolute minimum. Perfectly suited for both laboratory and production environments, the SmartTest 50 has been designed to optimize efficiency of your quality control process without limiting the range of possible applications.
MT50 – Manual tablet hardness tester
The MT50 is a manual tablet testing system that offers the highest precision, robustness, and exceptional user-friendliness. From a basic hardness test to complete measuring of up to five physical parameters (weight, thickness, width, diameter / length, hardness) – the MT50 has been designed for efficient operation. Advanced electronics and robust mechanics provide for highly reliable test data that can be automatically evaluated for ease of regulatory compliance. Its outstanding quality with proven Dr. Schleuniger® Pharmatron hardness measuring technology makes the MT50 the ideal choice for all kinds of environments – from directly inside the compression room (IPC) to R&D and Quality Control laboratories.
DT50 – Fully automatic disintegration testing system
The DT50 automatically detects the disintegration time of tablets and capsules in full compliance with current Pharmacopeia regulations. Visual monitoring of the disintegration process by the operator is not required. Induction heating technology reduces heating times to only 3-5 minutes and completely eliminates unproductive cleaning times typically associated with conventionalwater bath based systems. All aspects of the DT50 are optimized for simple handling, error prevention and ease of regulatory compliance – from selfcentering baskets without any cables to user-friendly touch screen operation and direct printing of comprehensive reports including statistics. Whether used as single station tester or modular disintegration testing system with up to 4 independent stations, the DT50 guarantees maximum efficiency and consistent results.
SAM – Sample Manager (Off-line / On-line / LC & Syringe Configuration)
Universal and Efficient Sample Management Workload increase or method changes often call for maximum flexibility and scalable sample management – in addition to safe and reproducible collection & storage. The SAM Sample Manager can be used either as a simple fraction collector to collect and store samples in standardized vials and tubes, or as an advanced sample manager to add or replace media. Controlled by the EasyTouch™ user interface or by WinSOTAXplus Dissolution Software, the SAM will fit with all dissolution methods – independent of the automation level chosen. The dual-rack SAM S is the most flexible XtendTM sample manager. Truly modular and scalable, it can be configured for sample collection from one or two XtendTM dissolution baths, seamlessly integrates with fully automated ATF XtendTM dissolution systems, and can continuously inject samples into your HPLC / UPLC liquid chromatography system. The SAM module can be stacked with the CP Piston Pump module and/or the FS Filter Station to reduce overall system footprint. Available in three versions (SR 15 Timepoints / S 30 Timepoints / M 60 Timepoints), the module allows vertical storage of samples in up to 3 levels. Its capacity can also be extended horizontally for double-automated systems or for an increased number of time points.
AT50 – Automatic Tablet Testing System
The AT50 easily handles all your tablets. Designed for the demanding environments of pharmaceutical manufacturing and dusty compression rooms, the benchtop version excels with very short cycle times in your lab. Quickly test batches arriving from production or automate experimental testing in R&D. Innovative tablet alignment paired with robust Dr. Schleuniger® technology makes the AT50 an ideal instrument for both laboratory automation and online testing with your tablet press. ATF Xtend™– Fully automated Dissolution Tester
Fully automated dissolution tester with integrated UV-Vis analysis and sample collection. Automate your complete dissolution process - from preparing dissolution media and filling vessels to system cleaning at the end of each test run. The ATF Xtend™ automatically prepares the media needed for your dissolution tests, heats & degasses by vacuum (or de-aerates with helium) and precisely fills all vessels including gravimetric verification of delivered volumes. On completion of a test run, all vessels are emptied and the entire system cleans itself with robust customizable washing routines. 100% FLEXIBLE - Analyze samples immediately with an integrated UV-Vis spectrophotometer or collect them in tubes, vials, and wellplates for offline analysis. FT2 – Friability Tester
Single or dual drum tester with calculation of percent friability / weight loss. Print test protocols and connect your external analytical balance. FT2 —Single or dual drum testing. - 1 – 2 drums - Connect analytical balance - Print test protocols - Password protection - Electronic data management Prevent errors. Manual tasks typically associated with the recording of weight measurements or report creation can be virtually eliminated by connecting a standard laboratory balance. If desired, operators can start tests using a predefined USP / Ph. Eur. method – ensuring that tests are performed according to specifications. Robust design. The FT2 features a maintenance-free drive that guarantees gentle starting and stopping motions. A quick-lock system prevents any slippage. Whether operated in single or dual configuration, friability drums don’t have to be removed to insert tablets. On completion of a test run, samples are automatically discharged into separate collection trays. Protocol your test results. Test protocols including weight loss and percent friability calculations can be conveniently printed directly from the tester. Additionally, the qualification procedure is fully menu-guided including a printed report. If needed, the FT2 can also be integrated with q-doc® data management for consolidated batch reporting of various tests performed on different instruments.
