LNI Swissgas is a genuine multinational reference in manufacturing premium gas generators, gas mixers and gas calibrators for analytical, industrial, environmental and laser applications: more than thirty years of know-how, 100% in-house production, continuous improvement and a unique R&D at the forefront of the market in order to always offer the best innovative solutions that anticipate and meet the most specific needs of the customers.
Our gas generators are produced in Torreglia, Italy, while our gas calibration systems are produced in Versoix, Switzerland. LNI’s premium products are the result of the Swiss passion for perfection and Italian ingenuity and design.
Our products are completely designed in-house: layout, electronics, electro-chemical and pneumatic components are all designed in our facilities. This aspect – unique in the industry – guarantees complete control over the product and allows the development of products with exclusive and dedicated features adopting the latest technologies.

NG/ NGA CASTORE XL/XS iQ
The NitroGen series NGA CASTORE XL iQ are Membrane Nitrogen and dry air Generators. They are engineered to transform standard compressed air into a safe, regulated supply of Nitrogen up to 40 L/min with a purity up to 99.8%. A channel can provide up to 60 L/min of compressed, dry and regulated air. This NGA series is equipped with a scroll built-in oil less compressor with inverter technology. The new iQ series is equipped with the innovative direct drive motor-compressor system that result in lower noise than the previous version. The exclusive electronic flow control combined with the compressor control by the inverter allows to generate Nitrogen with a higher purity using a smaller volume at less pressure of air which results in reduced energy costs and increase the life time of the compressor. Continuous control of the operating parameters of Nitrogen allows to maintain the system at its maximum efficiency. The CASTORE XL iQ with its dual Nitrogen and Air outlets has been developed to meet specific requirements in term of gas, flow, purity and pressure in LC-MS applications. It can be used for the evaporation of solvents in samples being analysed.
HG PRO M
The HydroGen series HG PRO M can generate up to 20 L/min of Hydrogen with purity better than 99.99999% and pressure up to 16 bar (232 psi). The HG PRO M includes a new long life multilayer electrolytic cell with polymeric membrane (PEM) using ultra pure water. No acid or alkaline solutions are used. The two-column PSA drying system with automatic regeneration ensures the maximum grade of hydrogen purity. It is completely maintenance-free. The HG PRO M series provides the ideal Hydrogen for many applications, such as CVD, Central Laboratory Supply and other applications in need for reliable supply of UHP. The on-board CPU constantly controls the operating parameters to guarantee full safety. The touch-screen LCD interface provides simple and user-friendly management of all functions on the unit.
HG PRO
The hydrogen generators of the series HG PRO is able to generate up to 1500 cc/min of Hydrogen with purity better than 99.99999% and pressure up to 16 bar (232 psi). The HG PRO includes a new long life multilayer electrolytic cell with polymeric membrane (PEM) using distilled water. No acid or alkaline solutions are used. The innovative gas drying system (two-column drying PSA system with automatic regeneration) ensures the maximum grade of hydrogen purity, it is completely maintenance-free and allows continuous operation, 24 hours a day. The on-board CPU automatically check for internal leaks and constantly control the operating parameters to guarantee full safety. Up to 20 units can be connected in parallel using an external control box. The touch-screen LCD interface provides simple and user-friendly management of all functions on the unit. Gas calibration systems
LNI Swissgas is the specialist in gas mixers. We provide high quality products worldwide using the latest technologies allowing our customers the highest productivity and competitiveness. Over the time or according regulations and devices requirements, calibration operations are required for each measured compound and our Sonimix gas mixers are the essential tools. They provide precision, reliability and versatility. They are based on the principle of gas flow through Sonic Nozzle or Mass Flow Controllers and are build according to the ISO 6145/6 standard, with the option of being ISO 17025 certified. All models are available in 19'' for rack and portable casing.
H2 lab sensor kit
This H2-SENSOR Kit is a security system that constantly detects the amount of Hydrogen present in the working environment of the lab and blocks Hydrogen generation if it detects an amount greater than the safety threshold. The controller reads the percentage of Hydrogen measured by the sensor and, if the value exceeds the threshold alarm, the Controller triggers a shutdown on the generator, or deactivates the solenoid valve in the optional block to switch to an alternate gas or isolate the gas supply. The alarm can be signaled to a PC and to a remote device.
H2 GC oven sensor kit
This H2-SENSOR Kit is a security system that constantly detects the amount of Hydrogen present in the GC’s oven and blocks Hydrogen generation if it detects an amount greater than the safety threshold. The sensor is engineered to work in standalone mode connected by RS-485 network to a Hydrogen Generator. The sensor can be connected directly with the LNI Hydrogen Generators. When the hydrogen concentration detected exceeds a threshold of safety, the Hydrogen Generator automatically stops the production and audible and visual alarms will be reported. Alternatively, the optional block can be use, where a solenoid is deactivated in the presence of a leak, isolating the supply of Hydrogen, or switching to an alternative gas.
Water deionisers
Because pure water is mandatory in all laboratories, a demineraliser is important equipment in many lab applications. The LNI demineralisers are able to supply purified water for instrumental and analytical purposes matching requirements of every modern laboratories, and can automatically refill most of the HG series of Hydrogen Generators. Available in Type I and Type II options.

We supply premium gas generators for specific analytical, laser, industrial and environmental needs: Hydrogen, Zero Air, Nitrogen and combined gas generators. They offer continuous and on-demand source of Hydrogen, Zero Air or Nitrogen to the application. Our products are designed and built exploiting the know-how and skills acquired over more than 30 years’ operating in the sector. All of our generators are equipped with internal diagnostic systems and are designed for two-way remote control to facilitate maintenance and service. Our generators are designed with a green aspect to reduce at most energy consumption.
