F-DGS - Liquid Nitrogen Generators
Liquid Nitrogen Generation Plants are a reliable and efficient alternative to conventional Liquid Nitrogen supplies. Taking away the on-going costs, safety considerations of deliveries and transportation of traditional liquid gas supplies. Your on-site Liquid Nitrogen systems will be some of the most advanced and intelligent available. The control system gives the user all the information necessary to ensure an efficient and consistent supply of Liquid Nitrogen. The integrated controller will provide process and flow control, alarms, trend data, service notifications and records. Our system produces high quality liquid nitrogen (LN2) on site from ambient air. The nitrogen gas produced is then cooled until it liquefies and stored in an integral vessel called a dewar. The system can deliver from 10 L/day up to 130 L/day to meet the needs of most applications. Simply connect the unit to a power supply and the system is ready to deliver liquid nitrogen cooled to -196°C (-321°F) at the touch of a button.
