All of our equipment is customer made within the Felcon factory, here in Newhaven, East Sussex, United Kingdom

Felcon Bio Safety Cabinet
The Felcon Biological Safety Cabinet is primarily used to protect personnel against any biohazardous or infectious agents. It is also used to maintain quality control of the material being worked with. This cabinet includes an air filter which is used for both the inflow and outflow or air.
Felcon Stainless Steel Wet Process Bench - Solvent Based
Felcon Wet Processing tools are used where substrates or products require chemical etching or cleaning. This is often as part of a larger manufacturing process typically in the manufacture of silicone wafers. For example; in medical applications such as stent manufacture

Floor Standing Transfer Hatch in Stainless Steel
The Felcon transfer hatch is designed specifically for the transfer of products from one room to another (usually cleanrooms of varying pressure differentials) and done through adjoining wall partitions. Doors at each end are either interlocked mechanically or electrically so that only one door may be opened at any one time. Felcon transfer hatches are built from Stainless Steel (304 Grade & 316 Grade), or Polypropylene. Hatches may also incorporate features such as UV or VHP sterilisation, laminar air flow, inflatable door seals and fully welded construction with radiused corners. They may be either floor or wall mounted with hinged or sliding doors. We supply Pass Boxes, Pass Through Hatches, Pass Through Chambers, Transfer Chambers and Trolley Hatches

Pre-Form Rod Washer with Step Up

Quartz Tube & Parts Washer
This Felcon Tube Washer includes a chemical clean and DI Water Rinse cycle with all safety features for the modern day wet processing tools.
Pill Line Enclosure with Operator & Product Protection
This filling and capping Isolator has multimodal pressure regime control. Clean air is required for capping and filling within a sterile environment and provide Operator and Product Protection, including specialist software and custom built safe-change to load and unload the system.
Double Walled Isolators
One of the most notable Felcon projects we have worked on was to design and build a bespoke Double Walled Isolator for the European Space Agency (ESA) in the scientific research and investigation into Mars rock samples. This Isolator is used to provide simultaneous biocontainment and cleanliness and is installed at the University of Leicester and is the only one of its kind in the world. Height Adjustable Transparent Laminar Air Flow Module
The Felcon Laminar Air Flow Module is designed to provide product protection by creating a particle-free working environment. This is achieved by passing clean air through a HEPA filter which then prevents contamination through the main working area.
Fume Extraction Cabinet
Downdraft Tables, Cabinets and Benches are specifically designed to suit a variety of applications. Our benches are designed to protect the operators and the working environment by drawing away contaminated air from the work area, whilst working under negative pressure to extract fumes, aerosols and other chemical irritants through HEPA/Carbon Filters.
