FARRAR® CYCLONE™
FARRAR® CYCLONE™ is the industry’s first forced-air convection freeze/store chamber. Designed with flexible temperature setpoints (-20°C to -80°C), CYCLONE is purpose-built to meet precision freezing and storage needs from discovery and pre-clinical to production-scale applications.
Ultra-Low Chamber (ULC) Series
FARRAR® pioneered forced air convection cooling to answer the challenge of preserving and storing biological and tissue donor samples and materials. Purpose-built for life science applications, the Ultra-Low Chamber Series - including ULC-190, ULC-259, and ULC-328 - are the only +2°C to +8°C and -20°C to -80°C (with options for -40°C storage), forced air, ultra-low-temperature freezers on the market.
4000 Series Controlled Rate Chamber
FARRAR's 4000 Series Controlled Rate Chamber offers uniformity and repeatability in rapid, controlled freezing and thawing applications. Our technology uses forced air circulation to provide efficient pulldown from ambient to the desired temperature. Forced air circulation allows the rapid pulldown process to extend to the fluid core, avoiding false freezing points and optimizing the freezing process (1,000 CFM air circulation).
