Products & services

Foam Conversion
We provide many types of foam packaging, each having different technical features to benefit certain industries and products! From recyclable and sustainable foams to closed cell and anti-static foams, the choice is endless but, we are here to advise the best material for you. All our foams allow us to utilise and creatively design them to fit with; our customer’s needs, so you can always guarantee we will put you and your product first. Our foams are either pressed routed or cut using our up-to-date technology. Pressed foams are used for protecting products that do not require in-depth design work whereas, routed foams are used when more intricate design work is essential. We heat weld our foams together to create a compact and secure nest or end cap for your products to sit in, allowing maximum protection. We design solutions that look professional and can protect your product no matter the dimension or weight.

Corrugated Packaging
We like to think outside the box and provide you with different ways that our corrugated packaging can protect your products. Being recyclable is one of the many examples of how flexible this type of packaging is. Not only does the protection vary, but there is also a choice in the type of cardboard to select; from micro flute to heavy-triple wall, you can choose exactly the level of protection you need. At Design Packaging, we can ship your packaging either flat-packed or already assembled by our team, enabling you to put your product straight in and ship it off.

Boxes & Crates
At Design Packaging our plywood boxes and crates are the perfect packaging option for distributing products. It does not matter the weight or type of product; our boxes and crates will protect your goods during rough transportation, climate changes as well as long-term storage. A reason to choose this type of packaging solution is that you can optimise storage space in your facility; due to them having the ability to be stacked on top of each other, We can have them delivered to you either assembled or unassembled, all depending on your storage capacity.

Print Packaging Solutions
We believe that not only should your packaging be secure, but it should also have a sleek and professional aesthetic that strongly reflects your brand, enabling you to add a personalised touch to your packaging solutions. What is remarkable about printed packaging solutions; is that they are entirely bespoke and unique to you and your company, standing out amongst the others! Our design team can create printed packaging solutions that provide high-quality protection during transit.
