Potent Powder Weighing Enclosure
Used by major pharmaceutical companies worldwide, the ST1 Potent Powder Weighing Enclosure is the recognised leader for safe weighing environments. The ST1 Potent Powder Weighing Enclosure is specifically designed and independently tested to protect the analyst from airborne contaminants when weighing potent compounds.
Safety Box
CTS Powder Handling Glove Box systems provide a safe controlled environment for the weighing and manipulation of high potency drugs with OEL’s less than 1 μg/m 3. CTS SafetyBox enclosures operate as a single pass through negative pressure HEPA filtered glove box. Air is passed into the enclosure via a safe change HEPA filter and exits via two more HEPA filters back into the laboratory, or if required, into the laboratory extract system.

CTS Bulk Powder enclosure systems are designed to provide safe weighing and manipulation environments for powder transfer and dispensing operations.
LungZone™
The LungZone™ provides a controlled temperature and humidity environment (37°C – 95% RH) for testing inhalation drugs, replicating climatic conditions within the lung during the respiratory cycle. In addition to replicating lung conditions, the LungZone™ also mimics the respiratory cycle providing a controlled airflow through different sized lung assemblies. Drug delivery devices can be evaluated as to how effectively drug is delivered through the trachea, primary and upper lobe bronchi, establishing how far into the respiratory tract drug is delivered. The LungZone™ respiratory mechanism can be easily programmed to provide specific tidal respiratory rates and inspiratory cycles to replicate different lung capacities.

Clean Air Bubble - The Clean Air PCR Enclosure provides a comfortable to use, easy to clean, HEPA filtered clean air workstation for the preparation of PCR reagents. The integrated UV-C Germicidal Lamp provides effective bio-decontamination. Glove Bubble - The Glove Bubble provides a sealed compartment for sensitive sample handling.
