Side audit surveys and system design
BeaconMedaes supplies and installs all the necessary equipment
to form a laboratory gas system. This includes gas cylinder
manifold control panels, both manual and semi-automatic
changeover design, and pipeline systems with inline valve
assemblies, through to a range of pressure-regulated point-ofuse
outlets. These provide the exact pressure requirement for
the end user’s specialist equipment, such as GCMS, incubators,
and various laboratory testing processes. We also undertake
all final connections from the point-of-use outlets to the client’s
equipment.
We have our own range of alarm panels for laboratory gas
manifolds, to monitor parameters such as cylinder pressure,
changeover of cylinder bank, and essential low pressure warnings.
Gas detection systems can be linked to building management
systems for added monitoring of laboratory pipeline systems and
equipment.
Whether your project is a new build or refurbishment, our Sales
Support team offers professional gas pipeline design services to
help architects, engineers and specifiers ensure the laboratory gas
pipeline system is included at the appropriate point in the design
and planning stage. As well as advising on the design of new
systems, we can conduct field surveys to determine the integrity
of existing ones.
Pipelines are drawn using 3D Revit modeling software, producing
a suite of drawings from various perspectives. By drawing directly
onto the 2D general arrangement drawings, we’re able to compile
highly accurate costings.
If designs are revised during the installation process, we
can adjust the drawings to provide highly accurate ‘as-fitted’
representation. This helps ensure they remain current and relevant
for future developments or upgrades
