Alrad Instruments have been delivering world-leading scientific equipment to industry, academia and scientific/research sectors since 1970. Based in Newbury, Berkshire, we specialise in machine vision components, optical detectors, laser products and thermal imaging, with access to over 1000 products from our network of trusted global partners.

Proof of concept testing – we regularly undertake testing at our Newbury office in response to customer queries, such as trialling potential solutions to ensure they achieve the desired outcome, or combining multiple elements (vision systems, lighting and software, for example) to find a bespoke solution

Product demonstrations – we can organise virtual or onsite product demonstrations, as well as welcoming customers to our office

Loans – we can arrange loans of both our stock demo items and products from our wide network of partners
