Set up your lead-generation tools

Generating high-quality leads is one of the most important parts of your participation at Lab Innovations.

We provide two lead-generation tools to help you easily collect and identify your leads for easy follow up – Smart Badge Technology and Visit Connect.

Both tools can be managed in My Easyfairs under ‘Manage stand’.

What is Smart Badge Technology?

Depending on your EasyGo package, you will receive 1, 2 or 3 Smart Badge Readers.

These act as contactless touch points which visitors tap their badges against to trigger a digital information exchange.

You will receive the contact information of everyone who taps their visitor badge against your reader(s).

The visitors will receive the information that has been loaded onto the reader after the show. You have the ability to link anything from your profile in My Easyfairs to that reader, including products with brochures, demo videos, your website link and more.

What is Visit Connect?

Visit Connect is a lead-scanning platform available to all exhibitors through the event app (so you don’t need to download multiple apps!), and you can use it on any mobile or tablet.

When scanning a visitor badge with Visit Connect, you will automatically collect all of their contact information, and then have the ability to add extra details to that contact. You will be able to take notes, pictures, voice notes and even set up questionnaires to remember important details for your follow-up.

Which tool should I use?

We recommend you use both Smart Badge Technology and Visit Connect together to ensure both you and your prospective clients get the maximum information and value from your interactions. 

Smart Badges in particular ensure a great experience for the visitor, and Visit Connect will be helpful for your follow-up as an exhibitor. See the full breakdown below!

Smart Badge Technology:

What is the benefit of Visit Connect?

Visit Connect is great for detailed follow-ups with leads who had longer conversations with you on the stand.

Visit Connect allows you to:

  • Take notes, photos, and voice notes to keep a detailed track of all conversations
  • Set up questionnaires for your stand personnel to use to qualify leads, gain specific information or simply save on paper and time 
  • Download all of the information as you scan your leads in real-time, meaning quick follow-up time each day
