Here’s everything you need to know, from logistics to marketing, and beyond.

You're exhibiting - now what?

Exhibiting at large exhibitions involves set up and preparation beforehand to be successful. 

Whilst we try to make it as easy as possible, and are always on hand to help, you will need to make sure the 5 steps below are completed in advance.

There is a handy checklist linked here, and if you already have a login, you can go straight into My Easyfairs below.

STEP 1:

My Easyfairs is the online portal for all exhibitors, included in your EasyGo package. 

You can update your web profile listing, access the web shop, set up your lead-generation tools and more.

If you do not have a log in, please contact the team.

STEP 2:

The marketing team will help onboard you, by going through My Easyfairs, everything included in your EasyGo package, and help you keep everything in hand.

They will also run through all of the inclusive promotional opportunities that you can take advantage of – at no extra cost.

STEP 3:

The exhibitor manual has all of the important logistical information you need, including parking information, stand packages and site rules.

You will also need to complete all of the relevant health & safety forms, which you will find in the manual. These are required by no later than 26th September 2025.

STEP 4:

This is essential for a successful show!

Use the marketing tools in My Easyfairs, including bespoke invitation templates, email signature banners, and the social sharing tool in this link to share that you’re participating in the event and to invite your network. Your clients and prospects will prefer an exclusive invite and experience from you!

STEP 5:

Make sure to use the ealybird rates in the webshop before 26th September, set up your lead-generation tools before 1st October and ensure that your stand personnel are registered correctly.
