Available Alloys
Based on the type of alloy used for manufacturing, Pro-Pak can be easily customized to meet the needs of industries ranging from laboratory and pilot plant distillation, to smaller manufacturing plants.

The Standard Pro-Pak MOC is 316/L Stainless Steel, but Pro-Pak can be formulated in a variety of specialty metals to meet the needs of a number of industries. Some of our most commonly requested include:
* Alloy 20 | Sulfuric, Nitric, and Phosphoric Acid, Heavy Petroleums
* Alloy 110 Copper | Special Applications and Beverage Alcohol
* Alloy 200 Nickel | Halogen Compounds, Various Acidic and Alkaline Systems
* Alloy 304 Stainless Steel | Petroleums
* Alloy 316 Stainless Steel | Majority of non-Halogen Separations, Petroleums
* Alloy 400 Monel | Fluorine Compounds, Sulfuric Compounds, other Halogen Compounds, Various Acidic and Alkaline Systems
* Hastelloy® C276 | Chlorinated Compounds, especially high temperature, other Halogen Compounds
* Titanium Grade 1| Hot Chlorides, Bromides, and Iodides, Moist Gas of Chlorine, Bromine, Iodine, Many Oxidizing Acids including Nitric
