Representing the most forward-looking lab tech companies in the UK, GAMBICA has exhibited at Lab Innovations since the start. We find it one of the most effective events for connecting our members with purchasers and distributors.

I've been able to meet and network with a lot of laboratory manufacturers and found some good and interesting leads for potential integration with our products for the digitalisation of science. I've also connected with some UK-based manufacturers that I don't see at some of the big European mainland shows. The show is friendly and very well organised, keep up the good work!

The Science Council is thrilled to see the return of Lab Innovations for 2021. The opportunity to support scientists and science technicians after such a challenging 18 months is one we relish – we can’t wait to meet all the delegates at this year’s event!

The return the of Lab Innovations in live format in November is a welcome development, after the recent travails of COVID. The live show is an unprecedented opportunity to interact with multiple medical science vendors, practicing scientists and experience a full menu of scientific presentations in addition to demonstrations of medical technology platforms, in real time. Virtual offerings capture some of the hubris of the live show, but not its diversity, atmosphere and crucially the opportunities and capacity for networking, which in a tradeshow of this size are almost unrivalled. Moreover, as a speaker in a virtual context for Lab innovations but also previously at the live show, nothing quite makes up for presenting to “real people” live and questions tend to come in thick and fast when the captive audience are in the same room as you. Lab innovations live is a unique blend of technology, company personnel, scientists and kit, all within the context of a large, atmospheric and lively venue and its return is long overdue.
